Refund Policy

At The Web Maker Pro, we take pride in delivering high-quality website design and development services. We understand that sometimes a project may not go as expected, and for that reason, we have outlined our refund policy below.

General Policy

Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@thewebmakerpro.com within 7 calendar days of the original payment.

All refund requests are carefully reviewed, and eligibility depends on the stage of work completed at the time of the request.

Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • No design or development work has yet been initiated.
  • The project was cancelled before our team began working on drafts, mockups, or coding.
  • A service was purchased by mistake and reported within 24 hours.

Non-Refundable Services

Certain services are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Domain name registrations, hosting packages, and SSL certificates.
  • Third-party tools, plugins, or software purchased on your behalf.
  • Completed or partially completed design and development work.
  • Marketing, SEO, or subscription-based services once initiated.

Partial Refunds

If work has started but not completed, we may consider a partial refund based on the proportion of work completed. For example:

  • If only the initial design phase has been completed, you may be charged for that portion.
  • If coding and development have already begun, a larger portion may be non-refundable.

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 10–15 business days.

Transaction or bank fees deducted by payment processors are non-refundable.

Disputes

If you are dissatisfied with our services, we encourage you to contact us first to resolve the issue before requesting a refund or initiating a chargeback.
