Project timelines are estimates and may vary due to client delays, revisions, or unforeseen technical issues.
Clients must provide all required content, images, and information promptly.
Clients are responsible for ensuring they have legal rights to all content submitted (logos, text, images, etc.)
Delays in providing required content may extend the project timeline.
Payment terms will be outlined in the project proposal or invoice.
Work will not proceed until initial payments are received.
Final deliverables will not be transferred until the full balance has been paid.
Late payments may result in suspension of work or additional fees.
Upon full payment, ownership of the completed website design and code is transferred to the client.
The Web Maker Pro retains the right to showcase the completed project in its portfolio or marketing materials, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Projects include a specific number of revisions as defined in your proposal.
Additional revisions beyond the agreed limit may incur extra charges.
We are not responsible for any business losses, data loss, or downtime caused by website issues, third-party failures, or misuse.
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice.
In the event of termination, the client is responsible for paying for all completed work up to the termination date.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California, USA.
